I had my doubts, being a cookie baker myself, but after sampling the flavors, I was so impressed that the cookies are soft but not too soft that they taste like cake. You can definitely tell they are cookies, and such scrumptious ones at that. The Lemon Bar Cookie is my favorite. Seriously, all flavors are drool-worthy. Again, don’t forget that you can sample all the cookies before deciding on your dozen. It’s a bit out of the way for me, driving, but worth every morsel.
