  Bruxie is a little off the beaten track for travellers in the Anaheim area but well worth the trip to historic Old Towne Orange if for nothing else but Bruxie’s waffles. Mr Doe loved the buttermilk fried chicken and waffles while Miss 3 and I enjoyed the Brussels waffles. Not a scrap left by the time we’d finished. The menu has changed a little bit since we were there as there was a thick-shake made with the Wisconsin frozen custard on the menu at the time, not totally to my taste but interesting and glad I tried it while we had the chance!

  So happy that Bruxie has opened up in Irvine! Sweet n salty waffles are to die for here! Love the variety of options, fresh ingredients, simple, yet classic and yummy flavors! Husband loves the smoked salmon waffle sandwich and I can’t get past the three cheese! The coffees and shakes aren’t all that bad either ;)One of my favorite places to go for breakfast. Quick, consistent, tasty stuff!

  Came across this place as I was walking around Old Towne and saw that it was pretty packed and that they had merchandise giving off the vibe that they were pretty famous and popular. I am not from California so I’d never heard of this place but based on what I saw, I thought I would give it a try. This place definitely lives up to all the hype. I wouldn’t expect myself to like waffles and chicken sandwich so much, but wow, it was outstanding. I added some syrup and spicy sauce with my chicken and waffle, and BANG, explosion in my mouth. My friends and I fell in love with this place, and only wish we could go back. The variety of different waffles they have is crazy, I wanna try am all. PS: This town is apart of a huge cult, beware if you go to this Bruxie’s location

  This is another one of those great quick bites. It’s like super classy version of a food truck but it’s actually a building. The food smells amazing and the ice tea is also very good. It gets a 5.0 rating for food but all together it’s a 4.0 because it is in a haunted town. Do not go to this area unless you have to (or if you want some amazing waffles) because it is an evil place. I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS TOWN IF YOU DONT HAVE TO. There is something eerie about this town. It cannot be explained. But bruxie is a great quick bite

  A foodies local favorite!. I was a little skeptical about this place at first, but it was recommended by one of my family members. When I arrived I noticed an intimate little walk up style restaurant with outside seating. As I approached I was greeted to a friendly person who offered me assistance with the menu. Immediately I noticed the menu was full of interesting creations all of which looked very appetizing and noticed they had home made real sugar sodas. I played it safe and got the chicken and waffle sandwich with real sugar root better. The service was quick everyone was very kind and most importantly it was delicious. You can tell the person who ran this place understood it all and had knowledge and love for food. I can’t wait to come back and experience the casual upbeat ambiance with top quality quick tasty food.
