  Dave & Busters has come a long way from what it use to be. There was a time when the menu for food was short, there was a single bar for ordering drinks and the variety of games were small. Now there’s three bars to order from, the food menu is a lot bigger and while I still believe their lacking when it comes to a variety of game types, the arcade grounds itself has become bigger with more selections.With more bars come less wait times as well as more options for drinks. This was the best part of the visit. There’s a decent size menu for cocktails, beers and margaritas. All of which were great or at least my selections were. The appetizer of pepperoni pretzel pull-aparts was pretty good. They were a lot better than the cheeseburger I tried and as it should be. The cheeseburger was one of the standard cheeseburgers that are served for large groups at a kids party so I expected the appetizer to be better and it was.For the games. There’s a number of games to choose from…some sports, some shooters, some racing but the majority are try your luck or compete for ticket type games which are fun but gets old after a while. There should be an equal mix of all types. This is where the lack of variety comes to play. Also, what happened to the button mashers which range between fighters, classic arcade and some sports as well? For myself, I play them all but really enjoy alternating between all types in an arcade and like having that option.With that being said, Dave & Busters is still a cool spot for adults and kids. They’ve expanded on two things I look forward to when going out…food & drinks and for now, it’s enough to draw me back in for more.Visit Date 3/13/2016
