Flame Broiler is a great place to go for poeple who are dieting and still want real food. I get the chicken bowl with all white meat and half the amount of rice and green onions. They list it at only 610 calories. Be careful. There is a bit of sodium I’m it and go easy on the sauce. Try mixing the hot and teriyaki sauce together. It gives a good kick. Oh, and they do have brown rice.
