Dr. Bob. Growing up in NYC a few blocks from Canals Streets China Town, dim sum has been a part of life for over fifty years. I am very picky when it comes to dim sum. Moving to Orange County forced me to drive all the way into LA to the Empress to find great dim sum. But now, ten minutes from my home, one of the greatest dim sum restaurants in the world has opened its doors. I was pleased with each dish and the variety of dim sum was amazing. They did such good dim sum, I came back at night to see how they did with regular dishes. The dishes, particularly the Lobster, were excellent. I am so excited by this new restaurant that I have personally taken around 100 friends to try it and all were happy. Dont miss this authentic dim sum place!
