Poor Quality Chicken. I don’t get it. Why does every Japanese restaurant serve poor-quality chicken? I ordered a combination plate that had a California Roll and Chicken Teriyaki. It seems as if every Japanese restaurant with which I have eaten the Teriyaki Chicken has had poor-quality chicken. This place was no exception. The California Roll was mundane also. My companion had the Teriyaki Beef and felt the same way about her beef. We won’t be back.
