Moreno’s Restaurant. I’m not sure what to make of the negative reviews….either these people don’t like authentic Mexican food, maybe they are used to another type of mexican/latin/south american cooking, but I have yet to meet someone who didn’t thoroughly enjoy the food, atmosphere or service at Moreno’s! Maybe they work for their competitors? This is our restaurant after every Sugar Plum festival – and any other time we are in the area or remotely close by!!! Give them a try – you won’t be disappointed!!
Great day, great dinner.. Had a great time with my family. My parent’s used to eat at Moreno’s when they were younger. My dad would take my Grandma thirty years ago. To experience the atmospher was great. The service was excellent. I had the chicken enchilada. One of the best i’ve had. Thanks for the perfect end to a perfect day wath my family.
Food is Horrible. Great venue if you sit outside. However, don’t order any food. Go there to have a margarita, chips and salsa and enjoy the outdoor sitting. The food is just not worth it. It’s just bad mexican food.
I was amazed at the poor quality of cuisine here. As said by some…beautiful place and great margaritas but the rest was terrible. Salsa is boring, carnitas extremely dry and foul tasting, beans flavorless, rice atrocious, and service mediocre. What a shame as it’s so beautiful. I won’t be back 🙁
Worst Mexican Food. Moreno’s is nothing like the reviews. It is in fact a beutifull restaurant, but the food is nothing to what i expect it. The food had no taste nothing..its was something i could of blantly done myself. Not worth it. Doesnt even give fresh mexican water, just sodas. One of the biggest dissapointmets i’ve had!
A Great Place for Sunday Afternoon. The best part of this place is the atmosphere. The outdoor dining is a must. On a warm Sunday afternoon the margaritas near the fountain are delicious. On reflection, the food is good, but not great, but it is the atmoshere that really mkaed this place.
Great atmosphere outside. Attentive service. Food came out very fast, which had me wondering, but it was very tasty. Well worth the visit
