Awesome!. My wife and I have eaten here 3 times now. Every time we visit the food has been excellent. The spinach cheese dip in the bread bowl. Om nom nom! The salad bar has everything you could imagine putting on a salad. The outside of the restaurant looks like something out of old cowboy movie. It’s super cool looking on the inside as well, and talk about a view. Sitting in the bar or on the patio is a wonderful experience. I only have two complaints. One, the music in the bar sounds like it’s coming out of a crappy 1980’s boom box. It would be awesome to have a quality sound system in there to liven things up. And two, the margarita pitcher is a joke. At first it seems too good to be true. I don’t remember off hand what the price was but I remember it being an amazing deal. Except there is hardly any tequila in it. It was near the bottom of that pitcher of pure margarita mix that we vowed never to order that again. We will stick to regular cocktails and beer from now on. That said, I would definitely recommend others to dine at the Mining Co. The food is great, the service is good and the view is epic.
