I love this place a lot. The only thing I would change is more snacks and food. But they are starting to add more. They have a great selection of drinks and they are a friendly staff. The ambiance is the best part. I would take anyone I knew for a drink here. Very relaxed, hip and social feel to it.

Good if You Like Beer & Wine. If you’re into artisan beers and wines, you’ll love this place. If you don’t, find another place to hang out. The only non-beer option on tap is a single hard cider. There are coolers full of other items (including a broader selection of ciders and bottles of beer and wine), but there is a $2 corkage fee if you’re drinking them on site. A small variety of appetizers are available – the cheese platter is particularly tasty.

Yay…Dinner is Served. The Bruery has expanded their menu to include some amazing foods, all handmade right there in their kitchen. But if you order anything other than the Tomato Soup to start, you’re just nuts. With over 1 1/2 lbs of astonishing cheese in every pot together with their spectacular Lokal Red beer, this soup is like nothing you’ve ever eaten. It’s nirvana on a spoon! Their beers are fantastic, the service is friendly and fun, and you’ll have a marvelous time in this establishment eating, drinking, or just shopping.

Time to re-write this as so much has changed. No longer owned by The Bruery. It is now owned by the same people who own Haven. So the food options are much improved. You still can try flights of beer and wine. They still sell beer, wine, cider, cheese and charcuterie but now there is more. They are open breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a Portola coffee inside now. So you can grab a coffee drink and sandwich for breakfast, a sandwich for lunch and a cheese plate a beer flight after work. The food is really good now including one of the best grilled cheese sandwiches.
