Best mexican! We went here at least 5 times during our 8 day vacation in la jolla. We tried breakfast, lunch and dinner and all were great. Among are favorites were the tamales, California burrito wet, fish tacos, any breakfast item. Only down side… One morning we went for breakfast and they were suppose to be open at 9 and we were told they wouldn’t be ready until 930.07 Oct, 2012So yummy! Have been there 3 times in 2 days! Breakfast is delicious as are the many lunch options!
Fish Tacos or Bust. Great fish tacos, even better than their shrimp or lobster tacos… if you want Carne Asada dishes, go down the street to Ortega’s Place or Rigoberto’s. Totally legit fish tacos, that’s definitely the marquee item on their menu.
Outstanding. Loved the shrimp burrito and mahi taco. Great atmosphere, friendly staff. Is that a salsa bar?
Carne asada burritos = AMAZING !!! I also like the horchata.
