My server did not seem like she wanted to be there. She was not at all enthusiastic and did the minimum when it came to service. The food on the other hand was fantastic. I would go there again but again it would be solo all by myself haha. I would not invite friends or family or recommend groups due to lack of good service. I’d be embarrassed to invite somewhere there with service like that. She was just distant. Not at all enthusiastic.
Atmosphere/Ambiance – I felt comfortable, although not accommodated at first impression. The place is really crammed with tables and furniture. Expect to sit in near proximity to others and eavesdrop on several conversations. Greek music plays in the background.Cleanliness – I had my silverware replaced due to food residue stuck to them. The restroom had toilet paper on the floor and hanging on the toilet bow. When I run into this type of cleanliness problems out in the open, I always wonder what the kitchen looks like.Service – The server was friendly and knowledgeable, however, their efficiency should be improved. I always deduct points if the wait time is over 20 minutes. The servers uniform lacks care and did not reflect neat appearance. The menu is text only, no pictures.Food – The food looked good and had a fair presentation. The food taste was delicious, but my water did not have a lime in it. The total cost of the sampler was $19.49.
I was quite happy we found this place. It had a nice ambience, the staff was friendly and the food was good. I liked the decor and I like how there was plenty of place between seats. You were able to enjoy your meal without being too close to the people next to your table. The noise level was just right. It wasnt loud. The menu was inside was slightly different from what was posted outside. It was more extensive. The falafel plate was good, it was a good amount of serving, good thing I was hungry. Their tabbouleh was tasty, the falafel was as well. Their baba ganouj was great, it had hints of some herbs and citrus. I haven’t had a good baba ganouj in a while, so i was delighted to have had one there. Overall I had a good experience, good food and good service in a nice setting. Price was reasonable too. It’s now my favorite Greek restaurant in this area.
