The sushi was of a higher standard, but not uniformly great. The Volcano was hardly spicy as the name and list of ingredients would suggest, with the cream cheese rendering it almost mild. The Spicy Tuna was mostly standard and the Albacore Sunrise was the prettiest presentation, without a sufficiently interesting taste to match. The highlight was definitely the Poke roll, with it’s unique combination of ingredients and presentation. The yellowtail sashimi also did not disappoint. It was crowded even on a weekday evening and the service was very good.
