Perfect comfort breakfast zone.. I’m not going to say the food was a gourmet’s dream. That’s not what this place is about. Feel comfortable bringing the grandparents, and enjoy a good hearty , tasty breakfast.Server was friendly, efficient.Food was like an IHOP, but better quality, cleaner, friendlier.Good coffee.Tasty bacon & sausages.German pancake….PERFECT> crisp around the edges, crepey in the center. served with lemon wedges.Several of the local Law Enforcement Community were here, a good omen in my experience.Food………….BService………BAmbience…..B ( Good Chain)Value………….B

We stopped at Elmer’s on our way to San Jose from AZ and we were pleasantly surprised! The restaurant is spotless, including restrooms. Decor is 50’s coffee shop. Our waitress, Cece, was nice, friendly and attentive. The breakfasts are huge and reasonably priced. The Dutch Baby (German pancake) was delicious, as were the apple pear crepes! Coffee was good. This is a great value for the amount of food and we will be back when we come this way again.

My friend and I split the breakfast burrito and their signature sun omelette thing… The breakfast burrito was overloaded with eggs and barely anything else. After a few bites, I was over the burrito. Not impressed. There was barely any meat or anything else but eggs in a tortilla. Then the omelette… I don’t understand why it was so special? It was practically an ABC omelette… Avocado, bacon and cheese. They said it was chipotle bacon… I couldn’t taste any chipotle. After all the good reviews, I was extremely disappointed.

Good, Traditional, Breakfast. I had low expectations for Elmer’s and they surpassed them. It is a traditional breakfast menu with eggs, bacon, pancakes, french toast and all the other good stuff we all know! BUT there are some bright spots like the cinnamon swirl french toast and the berry dutch baby. I would give it a 7/10 for breakfast.

If you must go, only order the pancakes. The rest of their breakfast foods are way too greasy and their lunch & dinner offerings are just bland reheated Sysco food. From what I can tell, there is nothing on the menu that is made from scratch.

Fantastic Dutch Apple Baby aka German pancake toped with apples simmered in maple syrup and dusted with powdered sugar with lemon wedges on the side. Simply to die for especially as a weekend treat.

Great breakfast especially the german pancake. Don’t forget to try the spinach salad with the steak for lunch or dinner. It is the best steak value in the desert.
