This place was recommended to us and a group of us went. It was unanimous. Excellent food. Clearly home cooked. I had enchiladas in mole. The chicken was tender and moist and the mole was the type I like. A friend had chile verde and loved it. The quesadilla we ordered was fantastic. Forget those other places. You’ll love this. Friendly staff. Very accommodating. Regulars that arrive are warmly greeted. This will be the only Mexican I’ll do from now on in PS.

Great. I make it a point to eat at JJs at least once every time I come to Palm Springs
Quiet. Decent food & service. Be aware that a simple soda is $5. Took a solid 15 minutes for the waitress to get the check. Probably wouldn’t go back.
A nice quiet Mexican cafe, away from the pretentiousness of the strip. Good food, good atmosphere, good prices. Try the molle, it’s great.
Good basic Mexican. Well priced. Friendly service, usually JJ .
