Open for 28 years. Ive been going to Palm Springs for at least 22 years and never knew about John Henry until our friends Bob and Arturo brought us here. Its filled with locals who frequent the restaurant often. The menu is by Master Chef John Henry Laslo with favorites that include the following:1. Escargot with French bread2. Cunard3. Lobster ravioli 4. Macadamia nut crusted sole5. Rack of lambEach entree comes with either soup or salad. Save room for desserts – warm apple or cherry pie with a huge scoop of vanilla ice cream and a coconut cake. Dine outside on the patio under trees and strings of lights. If its a birthday celebration, the kind staff will turn off all the lights, light candles on a dessert and sing Happy Birthday. John Henry painted all of the artwork on the walls. dineandtravel.wordpress.com

Great food and excellent service. Call for res and eat outside. Inside seating not that great.
Excellent food and a menu with approx fifteen selections. This is a premium with moderate prices, hence, you need reservations. Book well ahead.
Best kept secret in the coachella valley
