Good Food and Service. I visit PS each December from Philly for a week. I now visit JC’s about 3 times a week while there. Nick, my server is great as are the other servers. Obviously, I would eat there unless the food quality wasn’t excellent and well priced. I noticed a lot of locals eat there almost every time I visit.
Johnny Costas. This is the best Italian restaurant in the coachella valley. There is no microwave, and everything us homemade and fresh. You will not regret it!
Old school
Old School Italian. Johnny Costa was Frank Sinatra’s personal chef for years and that is exactly the kind of food and service you can expect. The food is traditional and the service is as well. Both are very good. Make reservations because it can get busy especially in season. We’ve dined with Costa’s many times and we’ve always been impresed. Even saw some stars in the restaurant from time to time.
