Great place to eat if you love being ignored by waitstaff. Slow service, bland food, cold atmosphere. This place is a dud!
This is one of the few decent restaurants in Palm Springs. I had a tender braised short rib and a massive kale salad. The joya dessert was amazing. The diner area was dead on the Saturday night we visited so we opted for the bar which was a little busier.

Very cool, great food. I just couldn’t get enough of their very generously sized salads, delivered straight to my sun lounger by the pool! My partner and I ate breakfast and lunch here for 3 days whilst staying at the Ace Hotel, none of it disappointed. The service was fast and friendly, the food- fresh and great sized portions. Staff were happy to make amendments to the menu items to suit us. Good variety of different snacks and meal options on the menu. Also- surprisingly cheap! Around $8 for a large filling gourmet salad. All round- great place.
By far the best part about the Ace hotel is the food at Kings Highway. I had the ALT breakfast sandwich and tried the chilaquiles as well. Both surpassed my expectations. The prices are too high, but that is expected for a hotel restaurant. Even with the high price, the food called me back for dinner where I tried both style of tacos… fish and pork. They were delicious. I may not stay at the Ace next visit to Palm Springs (too hipsterlate for me) but I will stop at Kings Highway
