WORST SERVICE EVER AT A RESTARUANT. THIS WAS THE WORST RESTAURANT we’ve ever been to in Palm Springs or anywhere! And we come to PS 5 to 6 times a year from LA. Beautiful restaurant, no doubt, but the worst service we have ever experienced. This was recommended to us and I’m sure it was fine for them, but we really had an awful experience here. We had reservations for 9 people at 9:45 (only time they had left) on Sunday night of Memorial Day weekend. We sat down right at 9:45 and no one even came to the table until 20+ minutes but only bc we asked someone to come over and it wasn’t busy at all. 10 minutes later our waiter comes, takes our drink order and tries to push the Chef’s Selection menu on us, which we clearly told him we did not want, yet still pushes it and gives us a hard time to split the bill (we just wanted it split 2 ways, that’s it, not 5). Then it takes him 15 minutes to come back to tell us they are out of sangria. IT’S A TAPAS RESTAURANT ON MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND, you don’t have sangria and it took you 15 minutes to tell us when the bar is 10 feet away? If you can’t accomodate us or you’re running out of BASIC stuff, don’t take reservations at 9:45 when your staff is over it and negligent. We asked for a napkin, they stared at us. It was just the worst, so we walked out with nothing but water and bread, 50 minutes later at about 10:35pm. We eat out a lot in nice places and this was truly the crappiest experience we have had at any restaurant. I would rather give it no stars. And the staff at that time was truly incompetent and looked drugged out. NO THANKS EVER AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE ABOUT THIS. Thanks for nothing.

Manager was Great (great guy sadly I can’t remember his name). Bartender ok, Food Yummy! Tried several different things ordered the Pork Belly twice!
Great but pricey food. More like $$$$. For dinner, you likely will order several tapas dishes and likely pay $40+. The food is outstanding. I have rarely had better. I especially recommend the sea bass, figs, and garlic sausage. The wine by the glass was also pricey and just okay. if it within your budget, definitely worth a visit. Unlike another reviewer, we had excellent and speedy service, though there were not many people in the restaurant in our late season visit.
Food and service were excellent. The tapas selections were tasty and inventive (eg, duck confit bruschetta). We plan to return.
Good with the bad. Food was good! a little pricey…the service was the worst…We had the ” bartender to the stars” Rory Snyder-this person should not be in the food and beverage industry!Rude is only 1 way to describe him!
