Stay away from these crooks. I came in this evening and went upstairs for the 6-9pm happy hour. I asked for the bill, and the bartender gave me a bill without the happy hour prices. He said that the small print says the establishment can change anytime they want and they would not honor the happy hour. I happen to have a few local policemen as my neighbors, so I told them to call the police and I would make a police report for deception and misrepresentation and possibly fraudulent advertising. They told me I was banned and I was 86. I will file a complaint with the court come Monday. I am a gringo and the manager, Jorge Gonzalez, told me that I was a gringo and this is how it works here in Palm Springs. They can do what they want. Well Jorge, we will see how the court of law thinks………This is a warning to all the white people, stay the hell away from Jorge, he will charge you double what he will charge his own people.
Incredible food, great prices. Incredible food, excellent atmosphere, great prices. My wife and sister-in-law and I just finished a FANTASTIC meal at Village Pub and could not be happier. We ordered the Chicken Tequila, Chicken Ranch Wrap, and Italian Pizza, all 3 of which we highly recommend. We got an appetizer, drinks, and meals all for $20/person. $3 mixed drinks and $2 beers during happy hour (3:30-9pm). Wish we could take this place back to Wisconsin with us! DEFINITELY check it out if you’re in the area!
Catch the Game. A nice place to catch the game and have a decent bite to eat. Considerably better options than typical bar or pub menus. The menu deliberately includes a variety of different cuisines. I had their calamari salad, which wasn’t bad, but wasn’t as good as the menu made it sound, either. Plenty of fried calamari over greens with some strawberries buried underneath. Burgers appeared very big and filling, and their seasoned fries are pretty tasty. Good happy hour prices on well drinks and select beers. Very casual place.
