Rude service and dried-out food. I hosted a large group (~20 people) at the restaurant. When my dinner was served dried out / dessicated, I asked for the manager. He picked the food up in his fingers and asked what was wrong with it – the food literally in his hands. The worst customers service I have ever had at a restaurant. I will not be bringing my group’s custom there ever again.
I have never experienced such horrible service! Our waiter.. If you can even call him that.. Was an older gentlemen who finally took our order after going to find him, was the best part of it.. It continued to get worse from there. It was awful, and safe to say I will not be going back…

Good food!. Casa has been a local favorite for many years. Great drinks, good company and friendly people. The shrimp cocktail is great as a meal. The salsa is excellent. My husband loves the shrimp enchiladas. On the minus side, the service is sometimes slow–so be sure to allow for the extra time it takes for this treat of a place. Great Leona Valley location.
