This place is great! The neighborhood seems a little off when you go there but when you get in the atmosphere is great. The hosts and waitresses are very nice and helpful and the sushi is amazing. It’s small and very old school. Going back for my third time this trip!

Shogun – best Sushi in SoCal. This is a small family-owned sushi restaurant, well off the main drags in Palmdale, but we’ve been eating at Shogun for fourteen years and have always been extremely pleased.I’ve eaten Sushi all over the world, and Shogun is the best that I’ve ever eaten in SoCal and ranks right up there with much more expensive Sushi restaurants in Asia. The fish is always fresh, the vegetables and fruits always perfectly ripened, everything is extremely well prepared – no short-cuts!Massa is the chef/owner and personally prepares all Sushi, Sashimi and Hand/Cut Rolls. Good selection of beers and sakis.
