I wasn’t much into macarons cause they are too sweet. I even tried making some so that I can have not too sweet macs. I was hesitant to try Chantal Guillon but I’m so happy that I did because they are the best..ever.. Not too sweet and the flavors are good. Guava, Pistachio, Salted Caramel, Green Tea, and Raspberry Lychee are my ultimate favorites. These are the perfect balance of sweetness flavor, and texture . Does not taste artificial at all. They are a bit pricey but they are worth the splurge. They also serve coffee and tea if you just want to hang out and enjoy these little babies.
