Omelets & huevos are amazing!
Great Omelet. Sunday 8/9/09 we were invited to a birthday party given by Electra Van bragt . The service was a bit iffy, as it was a very very busy day around that Pool area, but the Ham andCheese Omelet I had was as good as an omelet as I ever had. Who ever the chef was, he is to be congradulated. That is the exact way I cooked them when I was a cook forfor a few years. I never have gotten a good omeletlike that in years. Thank you very much.The omelet are usually always to dry, but not this one.
