We visited this restaurant based on online reviews. Firstly we were feeling very pleasant and the decor is really nice. We went for the veg and non veg thali. They took about 40 minutes to bring the main course and 20 minutes to bring the salad. The salad is just few cut pieces of vegetables. The main course comes in. There is single piece of Naan, aloo saag, veg sabji, dal, 1 gulab Jamun, raita and basmati rice. The basmati rice was not cooked properly and very difficult to eat. Next up, the Jamun tasted like half cooked cake with loads of rose flavor. Totally bad experience.
The food is really good compared to some other indian restaurants in the valley. Like other indian restaurants you will find old bollywood music playing in the background. However the owners look bored. They give an unfriendly vibe. I had to leave my table to order more food. Still would recommend the place just for the food.

Was in the area, they have a lunch buffet … Good food! Nice mix of dishes, good flavors and decent spice! I’ll come back here if in the area again!
My wife and I love the food and the cozy atmosphere. We come here for dinner and their great lunch buffet. Highly recommend for those that love Indian cusine.
Best in the Bay Area. This restaurant I always come back to. The Chicken Tikka Masala is less tomato-ey than many other restaurants in the Bay Area as well as the east coast. It is much easier on my stomach and has more delicious and uplifting spices 🙂 Their Chai tea is authentic and unique-mixed with milk and real cardimmon-yum! No more tea bags for me!
