We had lunch here today. When we were done, the waiter brought us the check, as he approached the table, the old women at the front desk called him back mumbling something about tips. Then when we finally got the check, the bill included a 20% tip already. We came here before and usually tip 20% on top of the after-tax amount. Now it seems that they automatically add tips to the bill on a selective and discriminative base! We asked the woman why she added the tip to the bill, and she said some people do not tip. I don’t know based on what she thought we wouldn’t tip. Very rude practice on her part. I will not return to this restaurant any more.

Some great dishes. For years I went to Jing Jing for Kung Pao Chicken and Brocolli in Spicy Garlic Sauce. Both excellent, strong flavored, spicy dishes. There’s a great, whole fish there as well but I cannot remember the name. The sauce says something about beans but you wouldn’t know it when you’re eating it. Fantastic.Hot and Sour soup is neither, so I only eat it when I am too hungry to wait for the mail.Potstickers are slightly above average, different from a lot of them you see out there. But if you eat your potstickers with something other than just hot oil and vinegar, you have no business eating potstickers in the first place.
