I work near here and this place is a go-to for me for lunch. Everything I’ve had here has been great, (I’ve tried the Pad Thai, Rama Noodle, Pad See-ew and various curries.) Service can depend on who you get, and whether you’re there during the lunch rush, but usually service is timely and friendly. One thing to keep in mind that the prices go up for dinner, for what as far as I can tell is the same as what you’d get for lunch.

We did not really plan and go here. While strolling around the California Avenue, we came across this place and grabbed our lunch. We have taken duck curry, green curry, salmon curry with coconut or jasmine rices after waiting for more than an hour. The food was okay and relatively priced on the higher side.

Humble and Loveable. Friendly service in a tight nook, though a little slow and confused during peak lunchtime because of the heavy crowds they pack in. I was expecting average food, from the reasonable price and casual atmosphere, but got top notch, twice. I’ll be back for sure.14 Sep, 2011Duck Confit. Juicy on the inside and slightly crispy on the outside, the duck was fabulous. The assortment of veggies was varied and perfectly cooked (not soggy or crunchy), lightly seasoned with herbs. I requested brown rice. A friend told me it was unprocessed brown rice. Whatever it was, or however it was that they prepared it, it was exquisite. Best rice I’ve ever tasted.
