Sarah is amazing!. I was in Nordstrom Palo Alto the other day just browsing and shopping to my little heart’s content when the urge to eat came over me. I have been to other Nordstrom Cafes and Bistros before but the experience was never phenomenal. But everytime I stop by the Palo Alto location I am impressed by their selection and service. Well last week I had a delightful server named Sarah. She was a breath of fresh air compared to so of the other servers. She was pleasant, professional and a joy to be around. If she doesn’t get recognition for a job well done she should. I will be giving in to my slight hunger more often at the Palo Alto location.
