We went there on Saturday afternoon around 3pm. Waiter came and quickly took our order and brought drinks but our food didnt show up. Everyone who came after us was getting their food. So after 30 minutes, we asked where our food was. New waiter came and said we came during shift change and our order was sitting in the kitchen but no one brought it out. The new waiter brought out our order and he was friendly. But our sliders and fries were cold. I think this place is more for drinks and average for food. I wont be going here next time.
A dimly lit but ever so crowded place but amazing sliders… I loved their garlic fries with the various dips.. They actually have chunks of garlic which makes it even more delicious.. And the slider.. What do I say about them… We were five of us and we ordered almost every slider on the menu.. And each one felt better than the previous one.. The meat was tender and juicy and the sauces were just about right.. A definite recommendation to whoever visits Palo Alto!!

Good food but service was horrible!! During busy hour, they seem to lose track of who comes first and needs to be served first.. We waited more than 25 minutes just to get out orders taken, and that was AFTER asking the waiter to help us, while 3 other tables who arrived after us had gotten their food already! Not worth the wait.
Slid in for a good late dinner. We were visiting and got in to Palo Alto late in the evening. After a stroll we decided on the Slider Bar because of the flexible menu and bar. We mixed and matched or sliders and they were tasty and interesting. Our waiter was friendly and helpful…. Even if he dropped a tray of glasses while we were there. To be fair it was crazy busy and near closing time. A great bite for a late meal. A little on the pricy side but worth it on the bustling University Ave.
Terrible Service!!!. When I walked in, there were about 4 people in the place. I waited for about 5 minutes before the unhappy girl who I think was named Kamika finally took my order after chatting with a co-worker. I gave her the coupon for buy one get one free and she did not apply it to the order so i had to call her on that. I specifically asked for no pickles / onions on my sliders. After waiting another 20 minutes, i had to get up from my seat and walk over to where a bag was and ask some other employee, (since Kamika was nowhere to be found) if this was my order. He confirmed that it was my order and i grabbed it and finally left. This to go order took approximately 32 minutes!!! WTF? But it gets better, because when i got back to work and opened the box, guess what? I had ONIONS & PICKLES on my burger. I won’t be frequenting this place again and I would advise you to find another hamburger joint with better service.
