The food was definitely delicious, but not extraordinary. I myself got their soup of the day which was a butternut squash soup (this was delicious, but I feel as if it’s hard to mess up this soup so it was a safe choice) and the gnocchi. The gnocchi came in a good portion size but nothing about it spoke to me. It was soft, warm and tasty but a tad bit oily.The ambiance is also nice, definitely a cute place to hop into if you’re looking for a cute dinner with a friend or significant other. Unfortunately I was placed outside so I wasn’t able to experience the interior–would definitely recommend being seated inside.
Ok, but I won’t be back. The food was thoroughly average – which was fine, as it wasn’t that expensive. But the service on a Sunday night felt extremely rushed at times (ordering – three waiter visits in about 5 minutes) but quite slow at others (dishes at the end of our meal were left on the table for 10 minutes). On the plus side, the menu had a good selection of half bottles of wine, which was an unexpected surprise.
