Yum!. As I type I am eating an awesome grilled eggplant sandwich that my co-worker picked up for me from Sprout Cafe. This is my first time eating anything from here and I am impressed. This sandwich is really good. The bread is soft but crunchy at the same time, the eggplant is perfectly cooked, not chewy or mushy, but just right. Then there is the whole pesto and cheese explosion in yer mouth factor. Super good. Will be coming back for more!
Loved everything about it! I built my own salad and the price was awesome for how large the portions where. I posted a pic to prove it. I highly recommend the lemon grass basil dressing, it’s Devine. Cute spot to grab a guilty free bite downtown. I’ll be back for sure
Good option if you dig salads. Most vegans dining with omnis end up having to order either the most plain salad on the menu, or a fancier salad sans the meat/cheese/egg. This was a welcome change, as the build-your-own-salad option gives a person a lot of vegan-friendly options to create a good salad-based meal. The furikake crusted tofu was a letdown: encrust it all you like, but if you fail to marinate it, you’re missing the point. The price was okay.
