Su Hong was just 80m from where I was staying. Great Chinese food. Loved all the fish, shrimp, scallop and prawn dishes that we tried. The serving of tea makes it a nice experience.
Tasty, Convenient, Not Overcrowded. I came early to Su Hong, and there was no wait for a table. A friend brought me; he’s been coming here for years. The green onion pancake appetizer was outstanding — hot and crisp. I had the Shredded Pork in Hot Garlic Sauce, which came with a cup of hot and sour soup, chow mein and rice. None of it was particularly hot, but the flavor was good. My friend raved about the Pine Nut Chicken in Hot Garlic Sauce. I’ll be back to try that next time. This will be my go-to for Chinese lunch in Palo Alto; it’s near my office, it’s good and it’s not pretentious. A find.
