Was looking for something quick after leaving City Lights bookstore. 10-15 minute walk… Completely worth it. Food was quick and sooooo tasty. I thought about it the next day and yesterday and its been a month.

I remember when this first came out and my cousin and I dashed over there so fast to try it. This place is in the heart of Downtown Palo Alto and it’s one of my favorite places to eat there. While the shop is rather small, most people take their orders to go or sit somewhere outside. I really like that their ingredients are fresh and they have a good item to rice ratio. Overall, the concept of sushi in a burrito style is soo good and doesn’t taste traditional, but I like that and I could easily eat this all day.

Imagine a giant, uncut sushi roll, the size of a burrito. These things are good, big and tasty. Cut in two and placed in a cardboard container, perfect if you are on the go or if you want to just sit down and eat.

Extremely popular place with students. I went during the slow time and ordered their most popular food, which I think was Sumo Crunch. After I got the food, I understood that it is called Shusirrito, because it is a cross between a (small) burrito, and Sushi. Certainly filling, but not your typical Sushi.
