Modern yet Authentic Tastes. The ambiance is great at this place – and it is full! The tastes of some of the dishes are authentic (I’m Vietnamese), but there’s a lot of modern twists. For sure try to fish in the clay pot.

Great Food and Service. This restaurant was pick for a group event, well. at 6:30 this place was wall to wall people, we had tables reserved so no wait, this was a 5 course set menu. Each course was timed perfectly and the preparation and quality was a ten.

Insanely amazing!. I’m so distraught that I live in Los Angeles, too far from this incredible restaurant. I dined at Tamarine this week with a large group and was able to taste many of the dishes. Of the apps the tuna tartare was excellent as were the tea leaf beef and shrimp cupcakes. For dinner I was in love with the clay pot cod, the emperors rice, the prawns, and the hamachi. Let’s not forget the beverages- I had drink with passion fruit juice which was excellent. The white wine sangria was just eeeh, nothing fabulous. My colleagues had the x-tini and ordered a second round of them. Love, love, love. Don’t miss this nirvana.

My favorite restaurant. Heavenly dishes: salt and pepper calamari, ha long bay soup, tamarine prawns, shaking beef!

Tiny portions, wonderful flavors. We ordered what we thought was enough for 4 light eating adults, 2 salads, 2 entrees, 4 sides. Catfish claypot was so flavorful, but for $20 I expected more than a 5 oz serving of fish in sauce. Ditto for all the other dishes great taste tiny size. Go if you don’t mind spending $$$$

Nice atmosphere, business casual or better. Food is excellent. Unique, tasty, nice presentation. My favorite is the Shaking Beef with the coconut rice.

Nothing special on Valentine’s Day. Went to Tamarine for Valentine’s Day hoping for an experience to match the specialness of the day.Had gone there several times. Food and service is always good and prices are always high but atmosphere makes up for it.That evening, patrons on both sides of us left with red Chinese take out cartons (truffles) but when we were leaving at 9:30 p.m. our server made no offer. We finally asked and were told another server had already scooped the last ones for his/her customer.Wish we had that server!
