Its decent Japanese food, nothing fancy. The menu offers photos of certain dishes, yet when you order them and they arrive at your table, they look smaller and not as perfect. There is a front outdoor dining patio. The servers are nice. Its lower in price than some of the other Japanese restaurants in the area. dineandtravel.wordpress.com
So this place is not very appealing. It feels and tastes commercialized. Just about every speciality roll has a California roll as the base. The fish was not very good quality. The fruit flies that were swarming our table was disgusting. The service was ok. The person who didn’t get sushi got their meal 5-10 minutes after the sushi came… Oh and the women’s bathroom didn’t have toilet paper or soap. Epic fail.
IT’S OK. Ate there for lunch last December with a guest. Food was what you would expect for a place like this. Had the crunch roll, which is very odd; It was actually deep fried and served warm. Not a fan. Miso soup was good as was the sushi we had. Decor was a bit on the busy side and a bit too modern for my tastes. Service was not good. Took forever to recieve our order, and the place wasn’t even crowded. They seemed to forget about us when we were eating and after we were done. Won’t be returning anytime soon, sorry to say.
The service is great, I particularly like the boats, a generous helping for two people, and sizable for three at a great price.
I go here all the time for their Happy Hour. It’s from 3-6. The sushi is great and happy hour prices can’t be beat. Also worth noting is their Tokyo Moquito’s.
This is one of the best resturants I have ever eaten. I had salmon. Dang that was good. Great location and very welcoming. The only down side obout it is it’s very crowded.
