Mistura is a Peruvian Restaurant that’s easy to find located in a golf course. They start you off with an assortment of tuber chips and a creamy spicy yellow pepper sauce. We started with the yucca croquettes. They are very tasty but very filling with the generous amount of yucca sticks they give you so go easy with them. For dinner I had the Escabeche (sea bass with potatoes and fresh root vegetables) My fish was fresh and seasoned nicely and the potatoes were tasty. I’ve been to other Peruvian Restaurants before and the food here really was really well done with quality local fresh ingredients.
