Best Sushi in the West!. THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE PASO ROBLES LOCATION:OMG, we love this place. We first came here on a coupon deal & keep coming back, because it’s just that good. On our last visit, we had the Edamame beans, Miso soup, Ichi roll, Crunchy roll, Fried rice (TO DIE FOR) & the Fried vanilla ice cream. SO good &, of course, the service is excellent.Be ye warned: There are several Yanagi Sushi locations on the Central Coast, but they are NOT all wonderful alike. I would definitely stay away from the SLO location. The jury is still out on the other locations. (We’ll check back in with reviews just as soon as we can.) But this Paso location is to die for & we have found that restaurants, even chain restaurants, tend to be a little better in Paso Robles overall. Not sure why that is, but that’s been our experience thus far.
This place is great. Extremely fun and friendly atmosphere. Food was excellent and prices were low. I’ll eat here again.
O. M. G. Delicious!!!! I was craving sushi but being a coast snob, I wasn’t expecting much when I came in. At least, I didn’t expect it to be this good! Sushi is really good – great – actually. Service is also really good. The only complaint is that they don’t do half orders of sushi. I don’t eat a ton, so all I got was the salmon full order. Oh well. I’m definitely coming back the next time I’m here 🙂
