akebono Japanese Restaurant is good food, when we first moved to Granite Bay it was the first place we ate. the atmosphere is good , and family oriented. The food was medium to hight price, which is worth it, very clean restaurant.

Akebono’s is no longer in business in Granite Bay. Haruka Sushi Bar is now located in it’s spot. Haruka’s is very good, fresh sushi.
Smallest portion of sushi I have ever seen, not real fresh at all and the service was horrible. Given whats around the area, this place is can’t make it. I would rather drive 15 minutes to Mukuni that drive 3 minutes to this place.
