Eight was born out of the love that my husband and I share for creating unforgettable mealtime experiences for friends and family. Eight strives to be a healthy, successful company that is a leader in customer service and that has a loyal customer following. Our ambition is to primarily use small local farm producers for 80% of our kitchen inventory. All animal products are from environmentally conscious providers; free range chicken eggs to beef fed on native California grasses. Our menus are both influenced and inspired by the freshness and bounty of the remarkable organic produce that is available in the Sacramento Valley and surrounding areas. Our commitment is to always provide sustainable, environmentally and dietary conscious food, with unparalleled service to our guests.
