Always great…. I think my boyfriend and I have come to Pullmans to eat over 20 times. It is very hard for me to find a place to eat. The food is consistent and fresh every single time! This is rare for sure. Also the pricing is very fair. I have a food allergy and I do not have to worry because Sovy(the Chef and owner). She does not use processed ingredients(this is where hidden gluten lives in most restaurants). It is all made of whole foods. She tries to keep it seasonal and organic as well. I am thankful she has made it through the economic downturn that hit the Quarry Ponds shopping area she is in. Go and try the Green Curry dish so wonderful!!! Actually everything she makes is wonderful!!!!
Unique Food; Unique Service. I’ve been to Pullman’s twice now, the latest with my Breakfast Club. Sovy Medved does everything to make you feel at home. She changes up orders to the way you want, carries out your order to any other restaurant in the Quarry Ponds Shopping Center that will allow her to, or you can eat in the aisle between shops–it’s great. The food, well for one thing Sovy is at Farmer’s Markets every morning buying fresh produce. The steak sandwich has a wonderful charcoal flavor and is tender. The Thai Red Curry is the best; creamy and though spicy it has a lot of other flavors. The curry comes in spice range from 1-10. My favorite take-out!. My favite dish is yellow curry. Just the right amount of heat, with lots of fresh vegitables over brown rice. For me, an order is two servings! However, today I tried pot roast for lunch. Served with potato and fresh steamed vegitables- it was fabulous!

Amazing Chef, Great Food. These are just a few words that describe Pullman Kitchen & Catering. Chef Sovy, who is just as sweet as her fabulous crme brle, hand crafts each delicacy with a little added TLC. She does everything to her fullest capability to ensure you a delightful dinner. The curry is exquisite and if you think you can handle the heat, ask her for a 5 and she will make your taste buds beg for more.
Great food and worth the wait!. The Pullman Kitchen is like having a personal chef at your service. The chef is friendly and accommodating. The food is high quality and made to order. If you’re tired of crowded restaurants and processed food, this maybe the place for you!
