GREAT brisket! Bought some to go, as well as having some for lunch. Sat outside and enjoyed a Alaskan Amber draft. Wonderful people! Will certainly stop again on our way through.

Fun and Yummy. Passing through Placerville last night, and happened on this place. Loved the look and had to stop. We had 2 dinners with 2 sides each. Pulled pork was excellent. Corn bread with honey butter serving was very generous and full of flavor! Brisket was good too, very tender and moist. The Hog Wild BBQ sauce is rich and zesty. Campfire Spuds seemed a little tired, perhaps from sitting and being kept warm, but the potato salad is perfect! (I like it creamy, and chunky, not over-dressed and sloppy.) Wewill surely go back to Hog Wild BBQ. Wish they were closer to SF.
Great place stop on the way back from skiing in Tahoe. Super friendly staff & awesome food!
Wild Hog adds clasic car shows 1st & 3rd Mondays of month! Had dinner here last nite, pleasantly surprised, who would have thought an old laundromat could be revampt into a great bbq restaurant! Had the pulled pork w/cornbread and their version of fries, excellent. Bf had pulled pork w/coleslaw & beans(beans were big red kidney beans starchy) good flavor just starchy! Owner very friendly talked about restaurant in Hawaii and moved to Pollock Pines & now here wish them the best @ the laundromat painted with flames on Main st!
Good BBQ, NICE PEOPLE. Had a good time at How Wild, the owner and staff are very friendly and pork ribs were great! I’ll go back for sure.
