Living in Pollock Pines the past year and a half and have eaten at the Independent at least twice a month since moving here. Best restaurant I’ve found on the west coast.
3 sisters had a great time. Rib eye and filet cooked perfectly. The patio is so nice with waterfalls and heaters, warm cognac served with a hot bath. The manager Robert and server Ty made us feel VIPS… Nice place!
Bill &Linda. We had dinner Thursday night. The service was good. I had a ribeye steak which was excellent, cooked to perfection and my wife had the pork chop which was also cooked to perfection.Great place, the service and food were excellent, lookingforward to going back.
