I was really hoping. Hoping that some awesome BBQ was coming to Pleasanton. It didn’t. The people were nice. The links were inedible, even the kid would not eat them. They had a play dough kind of extruded texture. The brisket was tough and chewy and the sauce was very generic. Maybe they had a bad day but we won’t be returning.I tried one more time. My two ribs came out of a hotbox and they were wrapped in cellophane. What the hell is that? I wanted sliced brisquit and was given chopped. I ate one rib, over cooked and old tasting. Their twist on onion strings were cold and oily. Seriously this is the worst BBQ I’ve ever had the displeasure of eating. Early the next morning I awakened with my body needing to expel the old over cooked rib, painful and cramping. Never ever again.
