We had such a horrible customer service issue we will NEVER use the Dominos chain again. Missing food, wrong pizza, cold bread sticks, rude ineffective manager, all in one order. We had initially received our order with the wrong pizza and breadsticks with no dipping sauce that we were billed for. I called and spoke with the manager and suggested that they redo the order and pickup the breadsticks that did not come with the dipping sauce we were charged for since by the time our dipping sauce got here they would be cold. She told me she would send out the missing dipping sauce and the right pizza but would not send out new breadsticks since we already had them. I told her she could have the cold ones back and we expected to have a complete hot order. Nope, she refused. I drove to the store, gave them their incorrect pizza and cold breadsticks back and demanded to have the charges on my card reversed. She said she couldn’t do that. Once I started to raise my voice and inform the other customers what they had done the manager reluctantly and rudely credited my card. Seriously, all this drama over an order that they completely choked and refused to correct. It would have been so easy to accept the fact they screwed up the order, send out a complete correct order, say sorry and keep a customer but they decided to draw the line over an order of $4.99 breadsticks. Corporate did not care and referred me to the store owner whom I never heard from. The %#! driver then left dipping sauce and a note on my wife’s windshield that we found the next morning. Very creepy. All of the pictures of pizzas we’ve eaten there have been deleted and I dissuade all friends and family from eating there. We now go to Mountain Mike’s which actually produces a better pie and has excellent garlic bread.
