SO WORTH ANY AMOUNT OF WEIGHT GAIN. 25 years i have been getting my occasional morning sugar fix here.since i was first able to ride a bike and leave the block i rode here to get my donut holes, apple fritters, maple bars and old fashioned chocolate. it’s great this place has remained a donut shop for so many years as pretty much everything else in this cute shopping center has come and gone. there used to be toy store next door where i got all of my baseball cards and garbage pail kids. and before little league baseball games it was always a great stop for pre game energy. remember it was the 80’s so the healthy kick came later.it’s just really great to have the jelly donut here right on the corner and only blocks from my parents house. well there is a peets coffee now open across the street but forget that they have healthy stuff there. the jelly donut is a great treat anytime but with most donut shops only open in the mornings. oh well it makes for some great hangover grub!
