HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! ESPECIALLY IF YOU’RE NOT ASIAN. My wife and I went there and were seated immediately towards the back of the restaurant which was fine with us. None of the table around us were occupied. We ordered a couple of appetizers and several dishes with steamed rice as our main course.We got the appetizers in about 15 to 20 minutes. As we waited for them the tables around us started getting filled. We were the only non-Asians. Other tables started placing their orders and we noticed their food started coming out while ours still had not. By the time we got one of our main dishes the other tables around us had already finished with their meals. We kept trying to flag down our waiter but he would glance at us and move on to one of the other tables to help them. Finally I went up to the Manager to complain about our food not being served while everyone else had already been served. He apologized to us. Our waiter then came back to out table with our bill. On the bill was everything we had ordered. I told him to get the manager and said we weren’t paying for anything we didn’t receive. He said OK and gave us a revised bill. Paid with cash so they wouldn’t try to charge my card for everything. Of course NO tip for such lousy service.

Dim sum here is the best in this area. Surprisingly, it is better than Koi Palace in Pleasanton. Our family loves coming here for special occasions and getting traditional family style banquet meals.
Best Dim Sum in the Valley. Great selection, good taste and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Try the Macau style egg custard as well as the panfried noodle chow mein, excellent.
