Great place. Food is amazing! Wine selection is sub par. We were really hoping for some Spanish wine selections… Stuck with the usual California wine suspects.
I frequented this bistro with a colleague of mine upon a reference from someone I had met while on vacation the previous week in Sonoma. Pros – the wine list is phenomenal (although the waiter brought me the incorrect wine for my second glass but it was very good so I kept it without complaint). The Piquillo Deviled Eggs, the Fried Cauliflower, the Wagyu Beef rolls, the Octopus and the Pork Belly were AWESOME! One review had stated the lamb meatballs were great but we found them on the tough side. The waiter informed us that the cook wanted to make them for us again but we declined (they took them off the bill without us asking – bonus points!!!) as we wanted to save room for the bacon donuts!!! AWESOME – do not miss!!! Overall a great place that is still experiencing some growing pains (they opened in August) but I anticipate these will work themselves out soon.
