Exquisite Sushi in the Burbs. My family and I have been going to Sato’s for years, (I forget how many exactly) This is an intimate and warm gathering place, that’s more than a restaurant. The minute you walk in, you’re greeted by the matron and Owner of the place, and you’re completed taken care of throughout your entire visit, but don’t worry, there’s not intrusive hovering. The SUSHI is FRESH and Exquisite. This is the only place where I will eat Sea Urchin! Need I say more?

Excellent. This is an excellent Japanese restaurant with delicious, fresh food. The sushi is fantastic – the real thing (fresh fish bought that day) and generous portions. The owner is a lovely Japanese woman who presides over the dining room as if she was hosting a dinner and you are her guest. Truly a wonderful place to eat real Japanese food.
