A lot of food real cheap. Under ten bucks for all I can eat salad. It’s decent, pretty fresh, 1 out of 5 croutons was stale, yuck. Kids meals are cheap, under five bucks and they have the endless ice cream machine. Win win.
Quality going down…. I have eaten at souplantations and sweet tomatoes since I was little with my parents and something seems like the quality and taste is going down hill lately. The chicken noodle soup is tastless and the muffins are not very good. I just don’t think the quality is there anymore for what you pay .
I love this place. It’s almost rutene for me to eat here. I love their apple pie and I love their salads. I swear I get the same salad every time!
I have a serious addiction to this place, especially to their premade salads. This is my usual spot for lunch on Tuesdays so I’ll see you there!
Kind of expensive. But I love the food. Salad bar, fruit bar, soups, bake potatoes,pasta, Mac and cheese. Pizza muffins. All they serve is yummy
Ahhhh salad….. When it comes to salad buffets, this place has them all beat! I haven’t been much of a salad person my whole life, but over the last few years I have absolutely become a big fan! Their salad bar has soooo many choices and dressings, and toppings….and you can go back for more and more… Not to mention all the other ‘side dishes’ that are available to enjoy with your salad! Bon Appetit!!!!
ALWAYS GOING BACK FOR MORE. Sweet tomatoes is truly one of those places i always seem to forget about but when i do make that visit it’s so on! if you can try to go on a slow day or in between the rush so you can easily get back into that line dozens of times it’s your best bet. sure it’s a much healthier alternative than most places out there but for the great price and unlimited plates for all that food it can still be a place where you can eat way too much.they have added a breakfast buffet i have yet to try but i would love to give it a shot one of these days as they offer everything you could ask for and a make your breakfast burrito bar. with so much to do in a day it can be a bad thing to get so full off of all that food. they truly have some really scrumptious salads here but make sure to drop in often throughout the year so you can hit up all the great seasonal salads they have to offer. some of my faves include…..won ton chicken happinessbbq chopped chickenchicken tortillacrunchy island pineappleoutrageous orange with cashewsbuffalo chickencaesarragin cajun with chickenbbq potatocitrus noodles with snow peassouthwestern rice and beanspesto pastaturkey chutney pastatuna tarragonspicy southwestern pastai could definately go on and on all day but i could list almost every salad and other item they have. i’m not the biggest salad guy but my plate is overflowing each and every time at this place. add along all of the soups, sides, breads and muffins, pasta’s and so much more and i’m in buffet heaven. all together my tray has about 3 to 4 plates and is piled high with sweet tomatoes goodness. oh and is it wrong to drag along a female friend with a huge purse and a box of ziplock bags? well a guy can dream. one of these days! my dream may become a sweet reality.
