  Poor Customer Service!. If I could give this 0 stars I would. My family has been going to Stir Fresh since we moved to San Diego, and since my son was born…thirteen years ago. For a long time it was great. We are regulars there and have taken many of our out of town guest there. However, they have recently gone down hill, to the point where my family, friends and guests will no longer be patronizing their restaurant. The people they have hired as of late are unpleasant, unfriendly and have terrible attitudes. They spent time berating us over my son making the mistake of putting his sauce in a bowl that was different from the one with his pasta. He had witnessed another customer doing that and thought it was ok. He’s thirteen and made a mistake and it was corrected. However, because of this, they wanted to charge us for the take out boxes. Yes, you have it, the take out boxes…because of his mistake, which we corrected with him. They also accused my husband of having several bowls (he was carrying my daughter’s bowl), and when he explained, they pretty much called him a liar. It was unbelievable for us, since we have been regulars there for so long (these girls are new to us), and honestly, they couldn’t have been more wrong about us. We would never lie or cheat them or anyone. Eventually, after my husband unjustly had to defend himself and my son, they basically told us that we could get the take out boxes for free, but my son could not take his food out…and they took his plate away. It was awful, and humiliating. All of a sudden we were being treated like criminals and talked to in a demeaning manner because my son had made a mistake. Now, let’s just face it, why would we ever, lie over pasta??? The plate the girl took away was leftovers and she was going to toss and we had paid for it. And, she also told us that she had witnessed my husband carrying more than one bowl…(so now they are patrolling bowls) and that she had informed the waitress of it. So, now they are policing us. I cannot tell you the amount of money that we have spent in that restaurant over the years. It is substantial. The fact that she was taking away a half eaten plate of pasta because she thought we had slighted them is insulting and demeaning. Not only that, but these girls were half our age and showed no respect to us at all. Where does Stirfresh’s management get off sending their people to speak to us or anyone in such a manner? Do they not understand that such behavior will cause them to loose customers…their regular customers? My husband earns well over $200,000 a year. We do not need to steal their pasta. We will not be returning to that restaurant. BTW, the girl that we spoke to, told us that Stirfresh is her employer and she has to abide by what they say. OK then, if that is how management treats their regulars, then we will not be returning. Poor, poor, poor customer service.

  Great service, easy, affordable, and of course the food was really good…I mean, come on – you decide what’s in it!

  OMG!. I love STIR FRESH!!!! This resteraunt was one of the best i have ever been toooO! its great! I love everything about it i give it 5 STARS *****
