Flew in to Sacramento for a wedding reception last weekend and stayed over at Rancho Cordova. So checked out some local reviews for restos and Came here on Thursday evening. Had the chirashi don and wifey had the poke salad. Chirashi don came w a wide variety of fish and tasted pretty good. The poke salad was unexpectedly humongous! It was tasty but wifey couldn’t finish it cause of its amount. Our food did take a long time to come at least 30mins cause there were only 2 sushi chefs but I believe only one was a head sushi chef. The staff did apologize and offer us comp miso soup or edamame. Even though these might not be significant but the staff understood the long wait and tried to ease any possible backlash.
